Registration for
2012-13 programs
will begin Wednesday, November 23, 2011.
Registration packets are now available at the Extended Day Program
office, which is located at the
District Administration Building, 2455 Country Club Road, Lake
Oswego, OR 97034
Completed forms will be accepted
beginning Wednesday November 23, 2011, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm at
Lake Grove Elementary School. Please ensure that
all forms are completed with all required information, and submitted
with a nonrefundable $25 registration fee. After 1pm on the 23, forms
may be submitted at the Extended Day Program office beginning November
28, 2011.
Submitted forms will be date and time stamped, and will be filled
on a first come, first served basis. Parents
will be notified after January 1 of the status of their registration
application. Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classes are placed at various elementary schools based on parent interest and classroom availability. A minimum of 8 students is required to begin a program with a maximum of 10 students in each program. A $125 dollar refundable registration fee must accompany your registration packet. The registration fee is refundable upon written notification received within 30 calendar days prior to the program start date. The registration fee will be applied to your child’s first month’s tuition. Registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis. If a child’s home school doesn’t have an opening the child can attend another school for pre-kindergarten classes.
